In light of the recent devastating floods that have rampaged many parts of the country, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced a new flood relief assistance programme to help out owners who have been affected by the floods.
From now until the 28th of February next year, Volkswagen owners who have been affected by the floods will be offered a 30% discount on parts and labour to repair their flood-damaged vehicles. The offer is available at all authorised Volkswagen service centres nationwide.
Additionally, to further alleviate the financial burden that many may be facing, VPCM is also introducing an easy payment plan where owners have the option to spread out their bill over six or 12 months at 0% interest rate.
“All of us at VPCM are deeply saddened by the flash floods that struck Malaysia over the weekend,” said VPCM Managing Director, Erik Winter. “Our thoughts are with those who are impacted and are facing loss and damages in the aftermath. We hope that our assistance will help to relieve the burden of our owners during this difficult time.”
Owners are encouraged to download the new Volkswagen Cares app (available on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store) to redeem the flood relief support voucher.
