As a token of appreciation for customer loyalty, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) is enhancing the value of the Volkswagen Care Plus programme by an additional 10% on maintenance service.
The additional 10% brings the total discounts to up to 30%, a benefit exclusively crafted for the Volkswagen Care Plus loyalty programme. Only genuine parts are used, and that repairs are carried out by experienced technicians in accordance with global standards and approved tools.
Note that the additional 10% discount on maintenance service is only valid until December 31st 2021.
Launched in late 2018, the Volkswagen Care Plus loyalty programme specifically targets owners of vehicles aged five years or older, providing additional aftersales benefits such as two-year free roadside assistance and 24 hours on-site battery support. Eligible owners can easily sign up for the programme at no cost at any authorised dealership.
“We have about 30,000 owners with us to date, and more than 50% of this figure are Volkswagen Care Plus members, those with cars that are five years and older,” said VPCM, Managing Director, Erik Winter when launching the latest Volkswagen Cares app in August 2021.
This promotion is however only available through the new Volkswagen Cares app, which now allows customers to arrange for service appointments, manage their vehicle information, as well as receive reminders from the Volkswagen Insurance Plan (VIP). The new app is now a one-stop centre housing various sales and aftersales support.
