The new HondaTouch app lets you book and monitor service appointments from your phone



Honda Malaysia has introduced the HondaTouch mobile application, its latest digitalised service, with a multitude of features to enhance engagement and provide convenience to Honda owners and non-owners alike.

The platform includes a complete dealer and service centre listing, where Honda owners can make service appointments with their preferred dealers directly through the application. Closer to the appointment, a pop-up notification will appear on customers’ smartphones as a reminder.

The application also allows customers to keep tabs on all information about their vehicle, including their vehicle service history, while also providing real-time service status tracking, allowing customers to monitor the progress without having to set-up camp at the service centre – perfect for the post-Covid-19 world!

In the event of a breakdown or accident, owners can also contact the roadside assistance service directly through the application for immediate assistance. Customers using the Honda Insurance Plus (HIP) will also receive insurance renewal reminder through the application itself.

Honda Malaysia CEO, Toichi Ishiyama said, “The HondaTouch application is designed to provide convenience and ease of communication between Honda Authorised Dealers and customers, allowing easy access to obtain vehicle service information; vehicle assistance, and updates from Honda Malaysia.

“Ultimately, it is our vision to create value for mobility and to improve the daily lives of our customers through regular engagement; and the intuitive HondaTouch application does exactly that.”

You’ll be able to book the all-new Honda City RS e:HEV through the application when it comes out!

The HondaTouch application can also be registered by non-Honda customers, with several features designed specifically for this crowd. These include access to the latest Honda Malaysia promotions, events, and updates. From December onwards, you can even pre-book a vehicle directly through the application without stepping foot into a dealership!
