The Covid-19 pandemic is changing the way brick-and-mortar businesses function, with many companies relying on a heavier online presence to canvas for sales leads as potential customers stay home.

While the Movement Control Order (MCO) prohibits car showrooms from operating, it does not preclude sales leads from being generated online, with a view to facilitate registrations and deliveries progressively after the MCO is lifted.

As such, Edaran Tan Chong Motor’s Nissan website has been enhanced with a new ‘Online Showroom’ feature which enables potential customers to submit online enquiries or requests for vehicle booking in a few simple steps. Once submitted, a Nissan sales representative would be in contact within 24 hours. Give it try if you’ve been eyeing a Nissan vehicle before MCO was imposed.
