In light of the government-imposed Movement Control Order beginning 18th March till the end of this month to contain the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) showrooms and Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) service centres will cease operations temporarily.

If you are supposed to take delivery of a new Nissan car or had scheduled a service appointment over this period (18th to 31st March, 2020), you will be contacted by ETCM and TCEAS via voice, SMS or the DriveOn app on the next course of action, if not already.

ETCM and TCEAS expect to resume business operations on 1st April 2020. To get in touch with the Nissan Customer Care Centre, call 1-800-88-3838.
