Volvo is no stranger to the unconventional; just look at their cars and you can tell these guys are all about individualism. Their approaches, however unorthodox, have never failed to be relevant – like this video for example.

It features the legendary Dolph Lundgren, known for his roles in Rocky IV, Universal Soldier and more recently The Expendables, as the coach of sorts to a very unusual group of trainers – an arsenal of Volvo excavators.

Not only is it entertaining to watch, it exemplifies Volvo’s heavy machinery to be highly maneuverable and robust. I mean, have you seen an excavator performing a pull up?
