Launched in April during the Malaysia Autoshow 2018, the Mk 7.5 Golf TSI “R-Line” will now only be sold with the “R-Line” Vienna leather seats – a feature absent at launch and in the initial units sold.

As such, the Golf TSI “R-Line” now cost RM RM159,888 (without GST) and not RM 157,488 (without GST & leather seats).

The R-Line styling package includes R-Line front and rear bumpers, rear spoiler, R-Line badges on the radiator grille and the front fenders and most notably a set of 17-inch “Singapore” alloy wheels.

The 1.4-litre TSI engine in the “R-Line” with 148 hp and 250 Nm of torque is mated to a 7-speed dry clutch DSG transmission.
