NZ Wheels, the authorised dealer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Malaysia has just officiated its newly upgraded Autohaus in Klang as well as the first ever independent facility for Mercedes-Benz Proven Exclusivity Centre in Malaysia.
First established in 1994, Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus was injected with an RM6 million investment by NZ Wheels to upgrade its facility with the latest Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI) to provide customer experience of a global standards. The showroom is also compliant with Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) Autohaus concept that includes digital touch screens for customers to gain a better understanding of Mercedes-Benz product features and sales processes.
With a total built-up area of 32,000 sq. ft., the full-fledged 3S Autohaus encompasses showroom floor with 14 display cars, AMG Performance Centre with three display cars, Star Lounge, 30 work bays and Mercedes-Benz Proven Exclusivity Centre. This newly upgraded facility underlines the values put forward by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia – Best Products and Best Customer Experience.
The service centre is capable of servicing up to 650 vehicles a month as well as Service Differentiation – an exclusive range of personalised after-sales services that offers flexibility and convenience which includes pick-up/drop-off of customer vehicles, after-hours drop-off and fast-lane service to cater to the growing appetite for the premium brand in Selangor.
