Honda Malaysia, together with Ban Chu Bee Sdn. Bhd. have officially opened the biggest 4S centre in the East Coast region. Strategically located in Kelantan, the 4S centre is ready to support the increased demand for Honda vehicles in the East Coast region, especially Kelantan.
Last year, Honda Malaysia sold 91,830 units and the East Coast region contributed more than 7,200 vehicles to the total volume. Besides that, the increase in sales of 172 percent in the East Coast region over the past five years signifies the need to enhance aftersales service support.
The 152,460 square feet 4S facility encompasses Sales, Services, Spare Parts and Body and Paint Centre. The facility is able to cater for up to 100 vehicles a day or more than 22,000 service intakes in a year thanks to its 20 service bay facility. Customers can also enjoy a comfortable Customer Lounge, an Executive Lounge, complimentary Wi-Fi services, Kid’s Corner and Surau in this new Honda 4S Centre.
