MyTeksi, the popular taxi-dispatch service provider has just launched a new initiative known as the Elite Drivers Programme. A total of RM4.5 million will be invested into a fund to improve their driver’s welfare and will be ongoing till the end of this year.
The programme will promote and reward the company’s most active drivers, this includes those with the highest adherence to service standards. Qualified drivers will be entitled to receive up to RM10,000 in benefits each month, including insurance coverage, financial incentives, MyTeksi collaterals and more.
During the launch, Myteksi General Manager, Mr Jaygan Fu revealed that 200 Klang-Valley based taxi drivers have been identified as the first recipients of the Elite Drivers Programme. They were selected through months of evaluation and interviews by MyTeksi’s management team.
“The elite drivers are selected based on targets achieved as well as consistently good customer service. The programme has been very well received – based on feedback from the drivers during the selection process,” Fu adds.
MyTeksi will be organising further selection rounds and announcing new waves across the country over the coming months until December, with the next round of selection taking place in July.
