RON95 and diesel may be priced between RM1.90 to RM1.95 by midnight tonight

If the statement made by our Deputy Finance Minister, Datuk Ahmad Maslan is to come true, then we can expect cheaper fuel prices for RON95 and diesel by the stroke of midnight tonight, just in time for the new year’s celebration.

Datuk Ahmad Maslan announced on Twitter yesterday morning, stating that the prices for RON95 and diesel may well fit into the RM1.90 to RM1.95 per litre bracket, though there hasn’t been a confirmation from the Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry.

In his Tweet, Maslan also stressed the cooperation of vendors and their businesses, urging them to reduce the prices of goods in accordance to the dip in fuel prices.
