Edaran Tan Chong gives 25% off on parts and labour to Nissan owners affected by flood



Edaran Tan Chong Malaysia (ETCM) has announced the commencement of their Nissan Relief Campaign which seeks to provide aid to Nissan customers in areas affected by the flood, mainly Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Perlis, Perak and Sabah.

The campaign, which begins immediately until 28 February 2015, provides:

1. 25 percent discount on Nissan genuine parts affected by the flood
2. 25 percent discount on labour charges on affected Nissan vehicles
3. Free towing charges on affected Nissan vehicles of up to RM150
4. Three months or 5,000 km warranty on labour and Nissan genuine parts that are replaced on all affected Nissan vehicles

ETCM’s Director of Marketing and Product Planning, Tan Keng Meng said, “As a Malaysian company, our growth has only been due to the support Malaysians have given us throughout the years. With the flood situation being one of the worst in the country’s history, this is one way we can help relieve the burden of our customers. It is our responsibility to do what we can to assist those who have supported us in their time of need.”

Nissan owners are urged to send their vehicles to the nearest service centre when possible, or call their 24-hour Nissan Customer Care Centre hotline number at 1800-88-3838.
