In an effort to boost customer and ownership experience, Ford Motor Company – through Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) have announced the opening of NINE Quick Lane service centres across Peninsular Malaysia.
Ford owners can now visit any one of the Quick Lane service centres should they require express vehicle maintenance or minor repair services.
Some of the services include oil and filter changes, tyre rotation and alignment, brake systems checkups, minor exhaust system rectifications and a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection.
No appointments are needed, as the service centres operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each visit will take no more than two hours.
Of the nine Quick Lane service centres, four are located within the Klang Valley, and one each in Penang, Ipoh, Juru, Johor Bahru and Muar.
Managing Director of SDAC, Mr Lee Eu San said, “Purchasing a new Ford vehicle is just the start of our customer’s ownership experience, and through services like Quick Lane, we’ll be able to support them every step of the way.”
