Existing Volkswagen owners will now be entitled to collect a courtesy vehicle issued by authorised Volkswagen service centres in the event of a vehicular breakdown, and needs attention exceeding 24 hours.

This move is part of Volkswagen Malaysia’s ongoing efforts to increase customer satisfaction, and over 200 Volkswagen cars will be available on the road to offer mobility support for their customers.

Volkswagen Malaysia’s Managing Director Mr Armin Keller said, “Volkswagen is the first OEM in Malaysia to embark on a fully sponsored mobility guarantee programme. We now have a complete mobility service to complement our comprehensive dealer network.”
