The 2024 Mercedes-AMG GLB35 facelift has finally made its launch here in Malaysia. Fully imported (CBU), this performance-oriented SUV can be yours at RM418,888.
The Mercedes-AMG GLB35 has a sharper look with an updated front bumper, Multibeam LED headlights, LED taillights, and an AMG emblem fitted to its grille. It is also fitted with 20-inch 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels with red brake calipers to remind you of its sporty identity. It is also only available in a five-seater configuration.
Similar to all the other 35-badged AMG models, the beating heart of the 2024 Mercedes-AMG GLB35 has been electrified. Powering the car is a 2.0-litre turbo 4-cylinder petrol engine with 48V mild hybrid assistance and an Integrated Starter Generator (ISG), paired with an AMG-specific eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
This setup puts out a rated output of 306 hp and 400 Nm. The ISG provides 14 hp and 150 Nm of boost for faster acceleration. Power is sent to all four wheels via the German marque’s 4MATIC all-wheel drive (AWD) system.

Moving inside the facelifted Mercedes-AMG GLB35, you get a new AMG Performance steering wheel wrapped in Nappa leather, sporting the iconic AMG steering buttons. The dual 10.25-inch setup now runs on the latest MBUX infotainment system (NTG7) and supports wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto connectivity.
Just like other AMG models, the widescreen 10.25-inch instrument cluster also comes with additional AMG-specific display modes, including the Sport and Supersport modes for extra legibility on key metrics during spirited driving situations.
On the safety side of things, the 2024 Mercedes-AMG GLB35 is equipped with the brand’s advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). This includes features such as Active Lane-keeping Assist, Active Distance Assist, Active Brake Assist, and so on.
To recap, the Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 4MATIC is now available in Malaysia, priced at RM418,888 on the road, without insurance. It is currently positioned as the top-spec model of the GLB-class range.
