For commuters going to work via Jalan Ampang or Jalan Dang Wangi, DBKL has announced some changes in traffic flow in the area.
Commuters going to work via Jalan Ampang or Jalan Dang Wangi can look forward to the change in traffic flow starting tomorrow 17th of March. The one-way street between Menara AIA and Bukit Nanas Waterfall on Jalan Ampang will be converted to a two-way street instead.
With this change, traffic from Jalan Ampang can head directly to Jalan Sultan Ismail without going through Jalan Dang Wangi. Traffic from Jalan Sultan Ismail can also head directly to Jalan Dang Wangi instead of going through Jalan Munshi Abdulah.
According to DBKL’s research, this change has been made to improve the flow of traffic and reduce the risk of accidents.
