Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia, has announced that it will resume operations at selected authorised Mitsubishi service centres in the country starting today.
The announcement comes after several of its authorised service centres have received approval from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) to operate during phase four of the Movement Control Order (MCO).
The service centres will be operating on an appointment-only basis. Customers in need of vehicle maintenance and service are urged to contact their nearest Mitsubishi service centre to book an appointment.

In order ensure the health and safety of its customers and staff, all Mitsubishi service centres will be observing strict health and safety measures in accordance to the social distancing guidelines.
MMM will be practicing contactless car acceptance for all service appointments, and customers will not be allowed to wait at the premises – only pick-up and drop-off will be allowed. Temperature checks will be mandated for all customers and staff, along with the use of masks.
Additionally, hand sanitisers will be placed at the entrance of the service centres to be used for all customers. All vehicles will also be sanitised before handing over back to the customers.

MMM reassures that it will continue to honour all warranty matters affected by the MCO. All free service maintenance will be offered a 90-day grace period from the expiry date, or within 2,500 km from the mileage due.
For emergency assistance or urgent enquiries, customers can contact the Mitsubishi Assist 24Hours call centre at 1800-88-2166 or 03-2161-0246. Alternatively, customers can email MMM at [email protected].
