When the GLC and GLC Coupé are parked next to each other, immediately the coupé appears noticeably sleeker from the B-pillars onward. The coupé-like appearance is further accentuated by the sloping roofline that stretches all the way to the tailgate. Other than the sloping roofline, the GLC Coupe is largely identical to the regular GLC. It wears an AMG Exterior Line with 20-inch AMG wheels. Little tell-tale signs that separates the two include the AMG diamond front grille, LED Intelligent Light System and the Night Package that blacks out the front lip and wing mirrors.

Inside, the interior is a carbon copy of the locally assembled GLC. New features to debut along with the coupé are hands-free access and active parking assist with PARKTRONIC. Under the hood, the same 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder is employed to push out 211 hp and 350 Nm to all four-wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission.
