For those who complained the brilliant Toyota GT86/86 to be underpowered, well Toyota has understand the complaints. This brilliant and well balanced RWD coupe deserved a little more power so Toyota commissioned their in house tuner, Gazoo Racing, to develop the twin charged 86. Which bring us to the new GRMN Sports FR Concept Platinum, which has just been revealed in 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon.

From the looks from the redesigned bumpers, lights and hood, somehow it has some European super car design DNA emblemed into the GT86. Interior wise looked like the car has the touches from those niche British sport cars. The biggest change is the performance as the super charger and turbo charger worked like Ying and Yang, bringing a total of 325-horsepower with 318 lb/ft of torque. Enhancement on the suspension is made as well.

Here the video showcasing the much beefed up 86.
