Nissan went back to Nürburgring with their revised and improved Godzilla, hoping to shave off some lap time. And guess what? The Godzilla chewed a whole chunk of it off.

With 45 extra horsepower, the 2012 Nissan GT-R laps the world renowned circuit 2.48 seconds faster than its previous version. With a blistering 7 minutes 24.22 seconds lap time. This new GT-R is powered by a VR38DETT 3.8L twin turbo V6, generating 530 HP and 488 lb-ft of torque. 0 to 100 kph in 2.9 seconds. Well of course, with the upgraded and improved ‘R-mode’, the GT-R is now a whole new Godzilla!
