In another shocking news, Daihatsu, the renowned Japanese manufacturer of cheap and cheerful (and girlish) cars has decided to pull out from the European market in 2013. Sitting reasons like the rising Yen against the Euro and GBP which makes exporting to Europe unprofitable.

Declining exports is also one of the reasons why we won’t see many Daihatsu cars in European roads. That makes Daihatsu, which is ironically the 1st Japanese car manufacturer to export into the UK, to have presence only in Japan and Asia regions.

Now the question is, will Daihatsu be relying on their Malaysian partner Perodua, t0 carry their flag in Europe?
