Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has just launched the “Volkswagen Cares” customer loyalty programme at Volkswagen Fest 2018. The Volkswagen Cares mobile app helps existing Volkswagen owners to stay up to date with owner rewards, access 24-hours Volkswagen Roadside Assistance and more with a touch of a button.
Volkswagen and non-Volkswagen owners can also access special offers, service offers, book a test drive as well as educational videos and tips from within the app. Speaking at the launch, Managing Director of VPCM, Erik Winter said: “Volkswagen Cares applies on all levels, be it to our colleagues, dealer partners and our other stakeholders. And more importantly, it is about how we interact, engage and serve our customers better.”
Additionally, VPCM is also rolling out a Volkswagen Care Plus (VCP), an exclusive programme for owners with a Volkswagen vehicle 5-Years and older. VCP member privileges upon registration include three 20 per cent service discount vouchers, 2-Year extension of Volkswagen Roadside Assistance and an RM100 merchandise voucher. All these benefits can be viewed and managed within the Volkswagen Cares app.
Interested owners can register themselves at any authorised Volkswagen dealer and make a one-time payment of RM138 to enjoy all the above privileges. They will also receive a membership card that is linked to their Volkswagen vehicle. The Volkswagen Care app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Playstore.
