Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has just introduced a special edition model line up, the “JOIN” accessory package for their locally assembled models here at the 2018 Volkswagen Fest. The “JOIN” models gain cosmetic bits as well as official VW tint.
Depending on the model variant, the cars get dressed up with side scuff plates, rear spoiler, trunk garnish, VW tint, “JOIN” emblems and leather seats and other exclusive add-ons worth up to RM12,000.
The Polo and Vento (Comfortline and Highline) “JOIN” costs RM7,000 more than a standard variant while the Tiguan Highline and Passat Comfortline will set you back RM10,000 and RM12,000 more if you opt to have the “JOIN” accessory kit.
However, following the success of the special edition Beetle that was listed exclusively on the popular e-commerce website, Lazada.com.my, VPCM is once again collaborating with Lazada to offer 25 units of the “JOIN” models on the e-commerce platform from 12 to 30 October 2018.
Customers who purchase these vehicles through Lazada will receive the “JOIN” accessories for free and only have to pay the retail price of a regular model. To place a booking, customers are required to pay a booking fee of RM799 for the Polo and Vento “JOIN” or RM1,699 for the Passat and Tiguan “JOIN”.
Those interested to purchase one of these “JOIN” models will have to hurry and visit VPCM’s official Lazada Store as 10 units are already sold. Customers who successfully placed a booking will receive a call from a Volkswagen representative for arrangements on the preferred dealership and complete the registration of the vehicle.
