McLaren 570LT teased again, gets top mounted exhaust like the Senna!

McLaren has released another teaser for their upcoming track-focused weapon. Believed to be the McLaren 570LT, the new model will be unveiled in full at the 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Following last weeks view of the rear quarter panel, the new image flaunts the new car’s top-mounted dual exhaust outlet, a design cue that follows the hardcore Senna. Like the Senna, the new model has its crosshair pointed at race tracks, as such benefits from increased power, weight savings, optimised aerodynamics and a more engaging driving experience.

The new car will be tackling the famous Goodwood Hill Climb on 12 July 2018, but we will learn its name and technical details prior to that on 28 June 2018. Like the Senna and 675LT that came before it, the new car will be produced in very limited numbers. However, it seems that allocations have not all been snapped up yet as the Woking-based company has opened a link for the public to register their interest – a move was never seen on other limited-run series.
