Say goodbye to KL-Seremban Expressway and Salak Expressway tolls

Effective today 1st June 2018, there will be no more toll collections at the Sungai Besi toll for the Kuala Lumpur – Seremban Expressway and Salak Expressway (E37), according to the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM).

As such there will be no toll payments needed when going through the Sungai Besi toll, depending on the vehicle class in the table below. That said, you’d still need to pay the normal rates when exiting at other tolls along the above mentioned highways.

Class 1 RM 0.80
Class 2 RM 1.20
Class 3 RM 1.70
Class 4 RM 0.40
Class 5 RM 0.60

However, because the E37 is not under PLUS, what you pay at the Sungai Besi toll covers the rates for using the Kuala Lumpur – Seremban Expressway and the PLUS highway.

Users at the Sungai Besi toll will only need to pay the toll charges within the confinements of the North-South Expressway (PLUS) they’re driving through. According to the LLM, this move is set to benefit 130,000 daily users passing through the toll.
