BMW Malaysia and Tian Siang Premium Auto, the authorised dealer of BMW vehicles, has just unveiled three new BMW i Charging Stations at the level four carpark of WEIL Hotel, Ipoh. The first of its kind in Ipoh and the state of Perak.
The new charging stations at WEIL Hotel, Ipoh arrives following the introduction of BMW i Charging Stations at Holiday Inn Melaka and The Equatorial Melaka by Seong Hoe Premium Motors as well as CityONE Megamall Kuching by Regas Premium Auto Sarawak.
Managing Director and CEO of BMW Group Malaysia, Mr Harald Hoelzl said: “The introduction of these new BMW i Charging Stations for the first time here in Perak further demonstrates our ongoing commitment to drive Future Mobility in the country.”
Mr Tan Ka Kin, Dealer Principal of Tian Siang Premium Auto, meanwhile, added that 2017 was also a successful year for the premium dealership. He said, “We delivered over 400 BMW vehicles in the State of Perak last year. More than 45% of these vehicles comprised of BMW iPerformance vehicles and this number will continue to grow steadily. It is only natural that we take a step forward to further develop the charging infrastructure together with our premium partners here in the State.”
Like the charging stations offered by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM), anyone and everyone are welcome to charge their electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, regardless of the make and model, at the BMW i Charging Stations.
Also present at the launch was Executive Director of WEIL Hotel Ipoh, Mr Liew Yu-Wei who commented: “At WEIL, we are dedicated to satisfying our customers through authentic best-in-class hospitality, a belief similar to that of Tian Siang Premium Auto.
