Chevrolet Malaysia launches comprehensive after-sales programme



Naza Quest, the official distributor of Chevrolet vehicles in Malaysia has just launched the Chevrolet Complete Care (CCC) programme. Together with the tagline – Committed. Constant. Comprehensive. – they aim to deliver a worry-free ownership experience before, during and after every purchase.

The CCC programme encompasses five services that are offered to all Chevy owners in Malaysia:

1. Comprehensive Vehicle Manufacturer Warranty

A 5-Year or 200,000km bumper-to-bumper warranty coverage, giving customers peace of mind on their brand new Chevrolet of choice.

2. Chevy Assist – 24/7 Roadside Assistance

A one-year complimentary 24-hour roadside assistance including minor roadside repairs, emergency on-site towing assistance, workshop referral and etc. Owners only need to dial the Chevrolet Assist toll-free hotline at 1-800-2-24389 (CHEVY) in the event of a breakdown or accident anywhere in Malaysia.

3. Complete Chevrolet Service

All Chevy owners can trust that their vehicles will be taken care by highly trained technicians using only high-quality genuine Chevrolet replacement parts. Other than that, owners will be presented with clear service schedules and transparent pricing to estimate the cost for their upcoming service.

4. 24/7 Customer Care Assistance

Apart from the 24/7 customer support hotline, owners will be able to send in their queries via an Online Live Chat which is also available throughout the day on Chevrolet Malaysia’s website and receive instant real-time response.

5. Chevy Link

An integrated Service Operations System that shares all service records and vehicle data. All information pertaining to your Chevrolet will be accessible by all authorised Chevrolet dealerships in the country.
