Petronas has just introduced the Euro5M compliant diesel fuel to five additional stations around Klang Valley, which brings the total number of stations with Euro5 diesel to seven.
Available Stations in Klang Valley:
- Technology Park Malaysia 1
- Mutiara Damansara (North-bound)
- NKVE (Damansara-bound)
- Solaris Putra
- Solaris Serdang (South-bound)
- Sprint Highway
Available Stations in Johor:
- Pasir Gudang Highway 2
- Gelang Patah
According to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB), Mohd Ibrahimnuddin Mohd Yunus, the PETRONAS Dynamic Diesel Euro5 will provide better protection to the engine, restores engine power and gives a cleaner combustion cycle. This altogether provides better drivability while emitting lesser harmful exhaust fumes.
The higher quality and environmentally friendlier diesel is available at RM1.80 per litre, costing just 10 sen more than the regular Euro2M diesel. Petronas is already planning to introduce the Euro5M diesel to 25 more stations within the Klang Valley by the end of the year.
