Jaguar sneaks a peek at the new F-Pace ahead of its Frankfurt debut

The highly anticipated Jaguar F-Pace is just days away from its big debut at Frankfurt International Motor Show that’s set to take place next week. Upon seeing these pictures, albeit heavily camouflaged, we were psyched to see Jaguar’s next big thing – possibly a model that will further solidify the brand’s 80 years’ of English excellence.

The F-Pace will be the fourth all-new product from Jaguar this year and the third to be based on Jaguar’s all-new Lightweight Aluminium Architecture which includes the likes of the XJ and XE models. The F-Pace is slated to contend head-to-head with other offerings from top marques such as BMW’s X4, Porsche Macan S, Audi SQ5 and Mercedes-Benz’s GLA 45 AMG.

As we’ve seen previously, Jaguar has gone to great lengths to test and ensure the car, materials and its build quality will all be capable of withstanding some of the harshest environments mother nature can dish out. The Jag will be built at the brand’s Solihull factory in the West-Midlands of the UK.

Joining the F-Pace on the Frankfurt stage will be the 2016 XJ, all-new XF, XE and F-Type – an event where the SUV will bask under the limelight for the world to see. Initial prices are said to be pegged around the £30,000 to £55,000 mark (that’s approximately RM178k to RM326k) in the UK when it goes on sale next year. Expect to pay a premium when it reaches here, though!
