Mitsubishi’s Flood Relief Program: 50% off for owners affected by the flood

Mitsubishi owners who are affected by the flood in the east coast can at least breathe a sigh of relief, because Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has just announced their Flood Relief Program that offers a 50 percent discount on spare parts damaged by the flood.

However, only vehicles purchased through authorised Mitsubishi dealers can qualify for program, which ends on 31 January 2015. MMM will also help clean up some of the flood-hit areas such as Kuala Krai, Tanah Merah and Temerloh from today till 10 January, supported by the Triton Tuners Club – the official club for Triton owners in Malaysia.

The company has also pledged to give RM50 for every car sold last year, which at present amounts to RM81,000. That’s a total of 1,620 Mitsubishi vehicles sold last year, and the fund raised will be used to replenish essential items such as school supplies and household utilities.
